Abstract

The anterior cruciate ligament is one of the important structure for maintenance of the stability of the knee joint. And the incidence of injuries of this ligament is increasing due to development of vehicle system, industrial system sports
activities.
Variable methods for recovery of anterior ligament fucntion were introduced and argued bout ideal method.
Now we report our early results of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament repair with literature review.
